Design & Planning

4-8 weeks

Module configuration, planning approvals, and specification. We coordinate procurement and permits with our builders and partners.

Approval

1-6 months

Timeline based on Council requirements and site overlays. Prefab elements are pre-approved by our Building Surveyor.

Prefabrication

8-16 weeks

Your home is built in a controlled factory environment in Europe. Regular updates keep you informed as modules progress through QA checkpoints.

Transport

1-2 weeks

During transport from factory to site, your site will be prepared for assembly. Site cut, pier system/footings set in place, services set up as required. Transport permits are arranged and cranage is sequenced for your site.

Assembly

2-4 weeks

Floor, wall and roof elements are assembled in place and connected. Final inspection for lock-up stage. Services commissioned at your chosen completion stage with all documentation.

Delivery stage options

During the design phase, you'll choose between lock-up or fully fit-out delivery. Both options maintain the same structural performance.

4-6 months

Lock-up stage

Weathertight shell with external cladding, roofing, windows, and doors installed. Perfect for clients who want control over interior finishes.
